Referral Scheme

Finding the right people for our business is a challenge. They need to be talented, have good skills - and most of all be massively enthusiastic about internet technology and desperate to be on the cutting edge of what's happening.

That's where you can help. If you know anyone (friend, colleague, family member...) who you think fits the bill then let us know and if it works out we will say thank you to the tune of £500. Just email their contact details to us at recruitment@llamadigital.co.uk. It's as easy as that!

Referral Terms and Conditions

• The candidate must know the person making the referral.
• The referral must be received in writing - preferably email.
• Llama Digital must not have had contact with the candidate for up to one year prior to the referral.
• Where the candidate is referred by more than one person the referral fee will be paid on a first come first served basis.
• This referral scheme applies to referrals received from 18th August 2011.
• The referral fee will be paid after the candidate has successfully completed a three months probationary period.
• In the event of any disputed fees Llama Digital’s decision will be final.
